Male plants of the following four anisosporous mosses were found to be dwarf ; Miyabea fruticella, M. rotundifolia, Schlotheimia japonica and S. latifolia. Dwarf males of Miyabea were 0.4〜0.7mm in height and growing on branches of female plants, while those of Schlotheimia were 0.6〜1.4mm in height and growing on tomenta of female plants.
