SilkBaseのアップデート ─タンパク質立体構造情報の配備─

抄録

 SilkBase (https://silkbase.ab.a.u-tokyo.ac.jp) is an integrated transcriptomic and genomic database for Bombyx mori and related species. This database not only provides the latest versions of genome sequences and gene models, but is also a genome browser and analysis tool that allows users to understand the landscapes of gene expression, PIWI-interacting RNA production, and histone modifications. Here we have updated SilkBase with protein structure predictions from a silkworm gene model using AlphaFold2, including other information such as the expression levels of each tissue and linkage in the genome browser.
