Ehime, Utsunomiya, and kagoshima University research groups have been cooperatively developing and utilizing real time encoded streams for science and technology education on the JGN（Japan Gigabit Network）．This paper is describes the on−line meeting experiment between high school students at two distant sites using DVTS（Digital Video Transport System）on an IPv 6（Internet Protocol version 6）network.
