Open Online Communities Activating Regional Life

Abstract

Analyzed defects of online communities are apt to be uncommunicative or exclusive, and apt to finish almost everything on line, and so forth. Measures against the defects are discussed from the point of view of an open online community（e−regional community）. Practiced examples in Tohoku area suggest that the course of the measures should be correct. The development of the open community will activate a region considerably.
