Some aspects on vocabularies in user reviews of an e-learning content

Abstract

We have analyzed the vocabularies as sensitive words in a text-mining system of user reviews of an e-learning system. Then we find some relations of the ratings and vocabularies in a content on the system. So we express in detail of the relations.
