Abstract
Identification of IPB- and HPB-RNA was carried out by methylated albumin column chromatography and with the pattern of ultracentrifugation.
No significant difference was observed between the elution pattern of the column chromatography of IPB- and HPB-RNA. As for ultracentrifugation pattern, both the IPB- and HPB-RNA showed single peak of 17 S in a high concentration, and two peaks of 14 S and 17 S in a low concentration, From these results, it is highly probable that IPB- and HPB-RNA are closely related each other.
