Recently, the foods and the cooking method are actively researched from the viewpoint of the nursing food (food produced people in need of nursing care). However, the research of the nursing food that considers the aspect of "Hometown”is a little. As one of methods for improving satisfaction of life of elderly, the documentsof menu that has memory of the taste like home cooking, dish that has been succeeded in region for a long time investigated. Especially, the literature review of strawberry from Naruo in Nishinomiya city of Hyogo Prefecture carried out. Strawberry from Naruo was indispensable foods for the producer and resident surroundings from the Taisho era. These foods examined how to use of food produced people in need of nursing care.
