This study is to analyze the relation between the agricultural experience with the accommodation(the nature school ) from childhood to student period and their sociability (empathy and social skills) using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey was conducted in 2015, 188 subjectsʼ data were collected. “The team farm”managed by six members was most pleasant of all the activities, “manners” and “cooperation with friends” were more useful than the others. Over 60% of the youth responded that their experience at the nature school affected their career. In Comparison sociability of the 181 subjectsʼ data of high school and university students most frequently involved in gardening in childhood from 2008 to 2015 and the data of 82 subjects over high school students who experienced the nature school, “personal distress” of the youth who experienced the nature school was significantly lower than the other young people, “problem solving”, “trouble processing” and “conversation”were significantly higher than the other one.
