Insecticide susceptibility of the Robin Bulb Mite, Rhizoglyphus robini CLAPAREDE, collected from six commercial “Wakenegi” (a native variety of the welsh onion, Allium fistulosum L.) fields in Chiba Prefecture was investigated for its adult females by a filter paper method.
Among 32 pesticides tested, prothiofos, methidathion, fenthion and pirimiphos methyl showed a high susceptibility to all collected populations.
