Discovery of Orientophiaris nigricrista (Kuznetzov) (Lepidoptera, Tortricidae, Olethreutinae) from Japan

Abstract

Orientophiaris nigricrista (Kuznetzov, 1976) is newly recorded from Japan. The adult and male genitalia are illustrated. Previous misunderstandings about the date and designated type species of the genus are corrected.
