Extracorporeal system is explained in the paper. The system is composed by blood circuit, roller blood pump, centrifugal blood pump, oxygenator for ECMO, and arterial filter. Those material and construction are described. Safety machine system is composed by blood lever detector, blood bubble sensor, and blood saturation sensor. Also needs and problems for development of extracorporeal system are discussed.
