Abstract
There have been a difference in the time of the number and both in Japan and Korea experienced “the bubble economy” likewise. Between these, a big change with both together freight quantities was seen. However, there is a very contrastive point in the change of the freight quantity of both. It in the other side, Japan where an intense change was seen to the freight quantity of Korea didn't change so intensely. In this research, it analyzes the cause.
