Abstract
Efficient delivery work and maintaining good service quality are important requirements of present load delivery services. To satisfy those requirements it is desirable to apply the latest information and communication technologies. We first clarify the missions to be accomplished in the services and then list the corresponding technologies with the descriptions of its effects to be obtained in the services. After introducing typical examples of information systems applied to load delivery services we lastly propose the subjects to study in the future delivery services.
