Abstract
It is very important to solve the traffic congestion problem and the environment improvement problem at the same time in center of the city. We studied experimentally on the model building method designed the collaboration system as the optimized solution combined above-stated two problems. In order to clarify this method, we studied the logistics system in the department stores of Sapporo city as the concrete object. As the approach, we grasped the logistics problem of the enterprises in Sapporo area by the questionnaire, found the optimized solution by the simulation and the experimentation and designed the basic collaboration system. We are studying to generalize this method in the above model from now.
