Phase-shifting digital holography using a wavefront-splitting method is introduced. By using this method, realtime phase-shifting digital holography is available. Phase-shifting can be categorized into a narrow sense and a broad sense. A narrow sense phase-shifting method including results by simulation experiments is briefly described. A broad sense phase-shifting method by a polarimetric imaging camera which has pixelated retarders and a polarizer is shown in detail. The experimental result is also given by one-shot digital holography.
