フォトニクスに基づくテラヘルツ波帯周波数領域計測技術

抄録

The terahertz frequency-domain measurement techniques based on the photonics are reviewed. The selfheterodyne technique and the non-polarimetric frequency down conversion technique are key technologies. Non-destructive spectroscopic imaging and terahertz wave visualization based on these technologies are demonstrated. The new technologies are expected to pave the way for the next generation terahertz sensing and imaging.
