Abstract
The present paper deals with laser technology used for crystalline silicon solar cells of various structures. As examples of the structure of solar cells in which laser technology is used, the PERT (Passivated Emitter and Rear Totally Diffused) structure, MWT (Metal Wrap Through) structure, EWT (Emitter Wrap Through) structure, and IBC (Interdigitated Back Contact) structure are cited, and laser doping, laser ablation, laser fired contact and laser drilling used for their production are briefly introduce
