Pulse radiolysis method is suitable for the analysis of excimer laser kinetics. Kr2F* and Ar2F* lifetime and quenching rate were obtained by their fluorescence by e-beam excitation of 3 ns duration. Pre-examination of the experimental condition by the use of computer simulation was useful. for the separation of complicated reactions each other. Absorption radiolysis by a long pulse dye laser was developed. Time resolved population density of Ar* (3P2) was recorded at the laser operating condition and the quenching rate constants by F2 Kr and Ar three body collision were determined.
