Abstract
Optical pulse feedback for a CPM ring dye laser has been proposed a one of the simplest methods to improve characteristics, such as the pulse-width, peak-power and stability of laser oscillation. Adopting this method to a CPM ring dye laser generating 6-beams, optical pulses of 89-fs in duration have been shortened to be 79-fs pulses with increase of 35 To in peak-power and improved oscillation-stability.
