GS-MSによるヒトデのステロール成分の研究

抄録

Sterols in Starfishes(Asterina pectinifera)include at least ten closely related compounds. The difference in mass spectra between Δ⁵ and Δ⁷-sterols has been discussed. The results suggest that they had similar sterol components of characteristicΔ⁷-sterols. Δ⁷-eholestenol, Δ^{7, 22}-ergostadienol, stellastenol, Δ^{7, 22}-stigmastadienol, Δ⁷-stigmastenol, chole stanol, andΔ^7.22-cholestadienol were separated by gas chromatography with 3% NGS-XE 60 column and identified by the combined gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).
