A titanium plate tensile deformed by tension at room temperature was directly observed by transmission electron microscopy. As a result, the presence of the dislocation loops, arrays of dislocations similar to the tangled, and the dislocation networks was confirmed. Wide line-shaped dislocations were not seen at low working degrees but clearly observed at high working degrees.
