Abstract
Effect of grain size on the threshold stress for high strain-rate superplastic aluminum alloys was investigated. By taking account of the grain-size effect on threshold stress with the solidus temperature, it was demonstrated that the threshold stress data for many superplastic aluminum alloys with different grain size and chemistry are excellently represented by a single relation.
