Abstract
Highly concentrated particle composite membrane consisting of PIM–1 and surface–modified nanoparticles was developed. The gas permeation properties of the fabricated composite membranes were dependent on the molecular weight of the matrix. The maximum gas permeability of the fabricated composite membranes was 45,000 Barrer. The selectivity of the fabricated composite membranes was maintained. We have succeeded in developing an excellent separation membrane with high permeability.
