This paper aims 1) to clarify what kinds of road environments’ dissatisfaction affect older adults’ inconvenience of store accessibility and 2) to develop decision tree models that estimate people’s dissatisfaction with the objective condition of road elements on the route to the store. Based on the data from an online questionnaire survey, a series of analyses was conducted.Firstly, we achieved to extract the road elements that could lead inconvenience of store accessibility. Additionally, by combining these data with the indicators of objective road conditions, we made decision tree models. Those decision tree models provided the threshold values of objective conditions that change the tendency of subjective evaluation significantly. These results allow us to compare several regions’ condition more efficiently, or help to find the regions that need a more detailed survey.
