Abstract

Two new species of the genus Hydrotaea Robineau-Desvoidy, namely H. kumagera n. sp. and H. azuminensis n. sp. are described and illustrated. The new species, H. kumagera n. sp. was bred from the nest of Dryocopus martius (Japanese name : Kumagera).
