Abstract
The purpose of this paper is Inclusive Foreign Education. The education of foreign children and students in Japanese schools has received a great deal of attention. These are positioned as new educational challenges. However, there is a history of education for Koreans in Japan that has been accumulated since World War II. In this article, we introduce minzoku-gakkyu, a project that takes place in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. minzoku-gakkyu where the children and students (in a public school in japan) are able to learn heritage education (their own traditional culture, mother tongue, and any other heritage things). This paper then examines inclusive education from the educational practices of minzoku-gakkyu.
