Abstract
The development and improvement of measurement techniques are introduced in connection with those of electronics from 1960 through 2000. Though the choice of using conventional equipments to solve the problems on application would be reasonable, the strong needs have also required new sophisticated measurement techniques. The recent progress in electronic devices has contributed closely to that of measurement instrumentation. The story would be described mainly with the experiences of the author and episodes with his friends.
