Abstract

Based on the results of a questionnaire research administered to business advisors at commercial and industrial associations who assist in drawing up business innovation plans, I cleared up the role played by business advisors in supporting small enterprises and the necessary enhancement of implementation circumstances for fulfilling their roles.
