A Consideration of the Support System in the Transportation Poor Zone in the Transportation Master Plan of Ichihara City

Abstract

In order to cope with the transportation problem diversification, many local governments start to make upper level plan of transportation which base on future image. However, the transportation poor zones are not specified and the plan measures about countermeasure of the people who do not have transportation device are very few. In this study, case study takes place in Kamo area which is the progress of depopulation and indicated poor transportation zone in the transportation master plan that formulated the cooperation of labor with Ichihara city. We advance the operation form or assistance measures that should be securement to public transportation and consider the introduction possibility which take the state into citizen needs.
