Abstract

Currently, the relation between regional IT industries and other regional industries is not strong. The role as the supporting industry is requested to regional IT industries from the other regional industries. However, the most of business of regional IT industries depends on subcontracts of the business from the big industries in the metropolitan area. Moreover, these subcontracts are decreasing from latter 1990s.

“Mebic Ogimachi” practices the revitalization of intellectual supporting industries by recomposing some human networks. However, the revitalization of them by this method is difficult if they didn’t have enough original technologies. To promote regional IT industries, it is important to construct a deep relation with the customer and to accumulate custom applied technologies which will be original technologies.
