Fifteen cases of gastric malignant lymphoma were studies clinically. The median age was 54.5 years, with a male-to-female ratio of 1: 0.88. Epigastralgia was most frequently complaint. Generally, preoperative diagnosis was difficult, and in our cases, only 8 patients (53.3%) was confirmed to malignant lymphoma at preoperation. Regarding the site of tumor,6 cases (40.0%) was in upper 1/3 of stomach,5 (33.3%) in middle 1/3,3(20.0%) in lower 1/3, and one (6.7%) in duodenum (bulbus). Three cases was inoperable, because of tumor infiltration or metastasis of systemic lymph nodes, and 12 cases was performed radical operation. Total gastrectomy was performed in 10 patients, and partial gastrectomy or pancreatico-duodenectomy was performed one case, respectively. In the investigation of prognosis, recurrence and death were confirmed in 3 cases, at 5month later from operation,10 month later, and 17 month later, respectively.
