It is a recent trend that ink-jet techniques are utilized to actively advance into a new industrial field. However, ink-jet technologies have some technical limitations although we can find how to break those limitations in some cases. Anyway, it is difficult to solve the problems using only an independent technique. Combination of some technologies such as inks, media, and hardware including their comprehensive systems are important. In addition, the choice of the business domain is also necessary.
