開回路電位測定による洋酒中のエタノール分析

A measurement of the rest potential on a platinum electrode in 1 mol/dm³ sulfuric acid solution has been carried out to develop a convenient analytical method of ethanol in liquor. There was a linear relationship between the rest potential and the logarithmic e thanol concentration in addition of few drops of ethanol into sulfuric acid solution, although slopes of the linear line were different from each other. In this investigation its linear relationship was 'satisfactorily applied to ethanol analysis in liquor.
