Abstract

We have developed a bedroom for high-quality sleep as part of a house of dreams named PAPI produced by TOYOTA. In this house the ubiquitous network is adapted for the control of bedroom environment in order to optimize the quality of sleep over all the sleeping stages. Especially, the natural and comfortable wake-up at the desired moment is achieved by using the combination of a biosensor, artificial lighting apparatus and blind-shutters. The realized system detail as part of the project will be described in this article.
