This study aims to make statistic analysis in seborrheic dermatitis of 657 cases seen in the Clinic of Department of Dermatology, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, from 1967 to 1971. Among them 124 patients (18.9%) complicated some systemic diseases(diabetes mellitus, clinical prediabetes and others). Characteristic features of those cases are discussed.
