Abstract
A case of clear cell hidradenoma appeared in 58-years-old housewife on the left retroauricular was reported. She suffered from lung cancer with metastasis to the thoracic vertebrae. The tumor was resected without recurrence afterwards. Histologically, this tumor consisted of epidermoid cells and clear cells. The transformation of epidermoid cells into clear cells was observed. Adenomatous or cystic structure was not found. Glycogen granules were found in clear cells.
