Abstract
A patient with disseminated eosinophilic collagen disease was presented. The major clinical findings are dermal edema, erythema and bullae with itching. Blood examination and bone marrow puncture showed eosinophilia and eosinophilic infiltration in the subcutaneous tissue. Fever, lesions, high serum complement level (CH50), and elevated IgE were decreased by the treatment with corticosteroid.
