Abstract
A case of atypical pustular psoriasis was reported. A 56-year old woman had the episodes of psoriatic plaques and pustules which continued several months without severe systemic upset. The deep-seated pustules, which were mainly distributed on the extremities, appeared to be monolocular subcorneal pustules under light microscopy. The diagnosis of a localized type of pustular psoriasis (Baker & Ryan) was suspected.
