A 56-year-old male developed a malignant tumor on his right thigh. The histologic observation of the tumor showed marked atypicality of the tumor cells, presence of trichilemmal keratinization and proliferation of PAS positive clear cells. These features suggest that hair sheath could possibly be the origin of this tumor.
