Two cases of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans are reported. Case 1 was a 59-year-old man with rough, warty papules on the hand, legs and feet. Case 2 was a 43-year-old woman with small hyperkeratotic papules on the hands and feet. In our survey, 28 cases reported in Japan were collected from the literature and the data were analyzed statistically.
