Abstract
A 46-year-old man who suffered from pustulosis palmaris et plantaris with lesions on the glans penis and urethra is reported. We originally suspected Reiter’s disease because he had inflammatory and keratinized lesions on his glans penis. However, he did not have either arthritis or conjunctivitis, and his HLA B-27 was negative. So he did not satisfy the criteria for Reiter’s disease.
