Abstract
A 74-year-old female with cutaneous B cell pseudolymphoma was reported. A small papule had appeared on the right side of her frontal area a few years ago. The papule gradually increased in size, and formed a nodule about 1.5 cm in diameter. The biopsy specimen taken from the nodule showed dense lymphocytic infiltrations without follicle structures in the dermis and subcutis. These lymphocytes showed atypia and a surface marker of B-cell type. A rearrangement of the immunoglobulin heavy-chain gene and T-cell receptor was not detected. General examinations did not reveal any findings of malignant lymphoma. The nodule spontaneouslly regressed just after a biopsy was performed. She had no recurrence for three years.
