Abstract
A 64-year-old Japanese man, presented with a hemispherical pink tumor measuring 42×38×16 mm in size on the left angulus oris. Both histologically and immunohistochemically T cell receptor and T cell surface protein of fractional culture cells were observed using a fluorescence-activated cell sorter, and these cells were purified from the tumor dermis. As a result, a diagnosis of lymphocytoma benigna cutis was thus made. To treat the tumor, radiotherapy of 20Gy using 6 MeV electrons, was administered to the left angulus oris. At fifteen months after treatment, no recurrence has been seen.
