Abstract
We report a case of sinusoidal hemangioma in 65-year-old man who presented with dome-shaped, subcutaneous tumor measuring 5 cm in diameter on his sacral region. A hemangioma was suspected based on the MRI findings and a total extripation was performed. The histopathological findings revealed dilated, thin-walled, intercommunicating blood vessels which closely corresponded to sinusoidal hemangioma. The MRI findings proved to be very useful in accurately diagnosing the lesion.
