Abstract

The authpr has conducted the experimental studies on VB dificiency rabbits under theinfluence of the absorption of fat by means of sodium sulfite titration and pyruvic acidquantity.
The results obtained were as follows.
1) The rabbits which were fed with cleaned rice and fat induced the decrease of drippingcounts by sodium sulfite titration, but the decrease of those among the groups ofrabbits received fat distinctly the delay as compared with the controls, the author fromthis found that fat would saved VB.
2) The days till to their paralyses and deaths among the groups of rabbits recieved fattook longer as compared with the controls.
3) The pyruvic acid quantities showed the increase in symmetrical with the decreaseof the sodium sulfite titer, and snowed the increase up to 113% among the oontrol groups, while in the groups of rabbits recieved fat showed the increase up to 82% in four weeks.
