前腹壁胃潰瘍圧診点に関する研究

抄録

The author has examined the tender point (K. M-point named by Prof. Kudo) whichalways being at the front abdominal wall of the patients in the case of stomach ulcerand obtained results were as follows.
1) The position of K. M-point is obtained as follows:
Taking the center between at the nabel and processus ensiformis, draw a median lineover the laternal line crossing it, thus divide the front abdominal wall into four angles.
The position will be found on a bisector of the left upper and lower angles by 2 to 3cm distance from the center point and is easily examined by abdominal palpation. Theauthor has recognized positive response at the upper point in upper stomach ulcer andalso positive reponse at the lower point in lower stomach ulcer.
2) It has recognized that 74% positive of K. M-point by Kudo's lying. position.
3) It is presumed that the point is under the change of 6th, 7th, 8th left thoracicnerves.
4) It is presumed that K. M-point will be ceased 1.1 weeks earlier than the test ofOnodera's point by proper internal treatment.
5) In diagnosing those, it is believed that it may add a further efficacy if taking allthe other tests of thoracic, abdominal, Onodera's point, M. T-point (named by Mito) atthe same time with proper manupulation.
