This paper is a survey report of SANGAKU transmitted to Maino-Shokannon temple in Taiwa-cho, Kurokawa-gun,
Miyagi (SANGAKU is a wooden board dedicated to the temple and shrines with written math questions and answers). It was the 12 disciples of WASAN (old Japanese style mathematics) researcher Ryohei Sato who dedicated this SANGAKU to the temple in 1868. We surveyed this SANGAKU in August 2019, took pictures with digital camera and infrared camera, and checked the characters visually. In this paper, we will present the survey summary, consideration on some math questions, reprints, and infrared photo of figures.
