The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual situation of judo experience in classes at junior high school, and based on that, to examine the gradual and systematic guidance contents of throwing techniques using ICT in a case study. Subject was 43 1st grader one class in national institute of technology. Data included the review sheet, report, questionnaire survey. Qualitative data were analyzed based on meaning in description and interpreted in using triangulation among data. The sequence and content of the throwing techniques based on the gradual and systematic guidance in this study was positively accepted. In addition, group learning using ICT was positively accepted. Especially, Group learning using ICT contributed to motor skill improvement.
