Peer-to-peer energy transfer is a control strategy in which the power sender and receiver pair cooperate in milliseconds order. Ensuring system robustness requires robust feedback to account for model errors in the power supply and load connected to the converter. This study presents a robust feedback design method for peer-to-peer energy transfer based on the nonlinear two-port characteristics of a bidirectional DC/DC converter. Robustness is achieved by canceling the effects of model errors, and suppressing measurement errors through optimized parameter design between the sender and receiver. Experimental results confirm the high robustness of the proposed method.
