Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the agriculture structure and the effect of Farmland Bank in Okayama prefecture. Okayama is the stagnation area of agricultural structure change. However, community farmings are developing in north side Okayama and agricultural corporations are developing in south side Okayama. These farm management are borrowed farmland by Farmland Banks. But, they can't make rapid progress to farmland lease and consolidate farmland by Farmland consolidation banks. Therefore, it needs new policy due to the change of agriculture structure and development of farm management.
